How is sample organized?
We can provide samples freely, you only need client to pay the freight charge.

When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price. Please call us or tell us in your email so that we will reply you in priority.
How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check quality. Normally it takes 3-15 days to make a sample especially the samples are tailor made. The clients need to cover the freight cost.
How can I pay the sample fee and freight cost?
By T/T or credit card. If you are not satisfied with the freight, freight collect is recommended.
Can you provide customized service?
Yes, we have a professional team in flooring design and manufacturing. Just tell us ideas and we will help to carry out your idea into the design. We will send you samples for confirmation.
What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The normal delivery time is around 30~45 days.
What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
What is your warranty policy?
Our engineered products have either a 20 year or 25 year manufacturers finish warranty unless specified otherwise. You would contact us immediately if you were to have a warranty issue. Upon verification that it is a warranty issue we would replace the product.
What is the delivery time?
30-45 days, it various according to the material and quantity requirement.
