    A LongWell Home Materials Co., Ltd. is professional flooring solution provider, our factory established in 1996, covering 36,000 square meter. Engineered flooring is one of our advantage products. Our flooring are 90% for export, including one plank engineered flooring, parquet flooring, chevron flooring, herringbone flooring etc. Now factory annual output is about 1,800,000㎡. we also set up long term relationships with several factories as contract manufacturing partner in producing LVT SPC, WPC flooring, skirting and other floor accessories.

  • What’s your products range?

    We provide complete range of hardwood flooring products, including Hardwood flooring, Engineered wood wide plank flooring, Herringbone & chevron flooring, laminate flooring and PVC flooring. We are recognized as one of the finest professional flooring suppliers. All of our products are manufactured under strict quality control, we make sure that the best products reach our customers’ requirement.

  • How is sample organized?

    We can provide samples freely, you only need client to pay the freight charge.
    Please inform us your account number of FEDEX or UPS or other Express forwarders, we will ship out sample to you. In special cases we will discuss your situation personally.

  • What's your MOQ? How many color I can choose?

    The MOQ is one 20' container with 2-3 colors from the E- catalog.
    lf you quantity is less than one container, you can also choose 500sqm per color.

  • Do you have any certification?

    We have CARB, CE, ISO9001: ISO2000 certification.

  • What is the delivery time?

    30-45 days, it various according to the material and quantity requirement.

  • What is your warranty policy?

    Our engineered products have either a 20 year or 25 year manufacturers finish warranty unless specified otherwise. You would contact us immediately if you were to have a warranty issue. Upon verification that it is a warranty issue we would replace the product.

  • What is your terms of delivery?

    We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
